The hand and wrist are one of the most complex parts of the human body. Comprised of 27 bones and various joints it is a unique body part to rehabilitate. The hand contains 39 muscles that allow us to bend and straighten the fingers, and ligaments and tendons to provide the stability and mobility that make your hand so dexterous.
This complexity requires special attention and expertise. Our Occupational Therapists specialize in the physical rehabilitation of hands, wrists and elbows that have been affected by injury, surgery or naturally occurring conditions such as arthritis.
